Tonight as you celebrate the coming of 2015 pause and remember those Magi that followed a star into a new way of worship, of service, of dedication and sacrifice. They started not just a new year but a new life. They would not be moved, shifted, or coerced. They followed the star to Jesus.

George Fox founder of the Religious Society of Friends said this, “People must be led out of captivity up to God. Be patterns, be examples that your carriage and life may preach among all sorts of people, and to them. Then you will come to walk cheerfully over the world, answering that of God in everyone.”
